Diospyros varians Sap.
E.g. Japanese persimmon

Leaves entire, rounded at the base. On top sometimes rounded, sometimes acuminate. Petiole rather short and transversely streaked. Main vein very clear, secundary veins curved upwards, not reaching the border. The lowermost veins opposite, the other ones alternating. Leaf leathery.
Rather common.
