Annularia
stellata- this is the bigger species: the leaflets can be up to 7 cm but they are mostly 2 to 3 cm
- the maximum width of a leaflet lies in the middle; the leaflets are somewhat acuminate
- the whorls are anisophylous, i.e. the leaflets are not of the same length: the whorls have an elliptic outline
