- leaf scars do not occupy the entire width of the rib
- furrows between the ribs straight
- vertical distance of the leaf scars large: mostly the height of 2 or 3 scars
- sometimes a plumula (little plume) above the leaf scars
- irregular horizontal wrinkles between the leaf scars, but no wider than the leaf scars.
